What to include

• Your iPhone model and iOS version, and your Apple Watch model and watchOS version.
• The app version and build, shown in the app Settings.
• The connection type you use: ChatGPT plan or API key.
• What you did, what you expected and what happened.
• Optionally the diagnostics file exported from the app Settings. It contains technical events only, no questions or answers.

Never send your API key, tokens or passwords. We will never ask for them.

Known limitations

• The iPhone has to be reachable from the watch (nearby, with a connection) for a question to be sent.
• Signing in with a ChatGPT plan may not be available in every version of the app; the API key connection is the dependable path.
• A plan or API limit set by OpenAI ends a request; the app shows the reason and does not switch to the other kind of connection.

Deleting your data

Delete one conversation or everything from the app Settings, or delete the app. Details are in the privacy policy.
